New construction projects are completed in two phases. During the rough-in process (before drywall), we install ductwork, the indoor system(s), and complete the rough-in inspection. During the final (Once the drywall and necessary electric have been installed), we install the outdoor units, all vents/registers, the thermostat(s) and complete the final inspection.
The first payment is due after the completed rough-in and the final payment is due when the project is complete. We usually request 70% of the total after completing rough-in and the remaining balance when it is complete but it may vary based on the type of project.
We offer a 1-year labor warranty on equipment provided by us. The warranties on systems vary but most include a 10-year parts warranty. As a Day & Night Elite Dealer, we can also include an additional 2-year parts warranty on select high efficiency equipment.
